We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer you two ways to return your order:
Our goods are shipped from our logistics partner's warehouse in Asia (China). Please note:
Send us an email at support@ergolia.de with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We will then inform you of the next steps and the exact return address. Please pack the items securely for return shipping.
Please contact us before any return so that we can correctly assign your shipment and process it as quickly as possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method used.
For the statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund the original shipping costs in full (standard shipping). For the voluntary 90-day guarantee (outside the 14-day withdrawal period), we will refund the value of the goods; the original shipping costs will only be refunded if there is a fault on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods).
For any loss of value resulting from handling the goods in a manner not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to reduce the refund by the actual loss in value.
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary 90-day money-back guarantee from receipt of the goods. Within this period, you may return the goods to us if you are not satisfied.
The same conditions apply as for the statutory right of withdrawal (goods unused or only used for inspection, ideally in original packaging, return shipping costs borne by the customer, return shipping to our warehouse in Asia).
This voluntary additional service complements your statutory rights and does not restrict them. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form attached below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
Cost of Return Shipping: You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Since our shipping warehouse is located in Asia (China) and returns are sent there, return shipping costs are typically between €10 and €30, depending on the chosen shipping service provider.
Exception: If the goods are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Loss of Value: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Hygiene items (e.g. insoles, bandages, or products with direct skin contact) are excluded from the right of withdrawal if they have already been used or if the packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal damaged.
If you refuse to accept a properly shipped delivery or fail to collect a shipment that is being held for you, we will generally treat this as a withdrawal from the contract. In this case, you will receive a refund of the purchase price in accordance with the rules described above.

You are obliged to provide a complete and correct delivery address when ordering. If you have entered an incorrect or incomplete address and have not notified us before the goods are shipped, the following applies:
Please carefully check your address details before completing your order. Should you notice after placing the order that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@ergolia.de – as long as the package has not yet been shipped, we can usually adjust the address.
Some of our products are offered as bundles or sets at a discounted total price. Before completing the order process, the exact contents of your order and the final price are transparently displayed in your shopping cart.
If you remove one or more items of the bundle from the cart during the order process and complete the order in this modified composition, the completed order shall be deemed the agreed performance between us. In this case:
Your statutory right of withdrawal for the order placed remains unaffected.
Please carefully check the contents of your shopping cart for completeness before checkout.
The goods should be returned as far as possible in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Please use protective outer packaging if the original packaging is no longer available, in order to avoid transport damage.
However, this is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
