At ERGOLEA, we place great value on a smooth shipping process. To this end, we work with a professional logistics service provider who handles the picking, packaging, and shipping of our orders.
Our products are shipped via our logistics partner from an international warehouse in Asia (China). This structured collaboration enables us to manage our product range efficiently, respond flexibly to order volumes, and maintain high standards of quality and service at the same time.
All products sold by ERGOLIA are CE- and RoHS-certified and comply with applicable European safety and environmental standards.
The applicable shipping costs will be transparently displayed in the checkout before you complete your order.
Free shipping on orders over €50 within Germany.
Since our goods are shipped from Asia (China), import duties (import VAT and/or customs duties) may apply in some cases, which are charged by the respective customs authorities and which you, as the recipient, would have to pay to the delivery service. We work to avoid this through suitable shipping procedures but cannot guarantee it in every individual case.
For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties under Swiss law generally apply and are to be borne by the recipient.
Order Processing Time All orders received before 2:00 PM (CET) are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders received after this deadline or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time Due to international shipping from Asia, the estimated delivery time after shipping is 7-10 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time The estimated total delivery time from order to delivery is approximately 7-10 business days. This includes both processing time and shipping/delivery time.
All stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by shipping service providers, customs processing, or events outside our control (force majeure) are not our responsibility. Your statutory rights in the event of late delivery remain unaffected.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use it to check the shipping status of your package at any time.

Please note that returns are sent to our warehouse in Asia. Return shipping costs are typically between €10 and €30 and are to be borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered goods).
We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, other EU countries, and Switzerland.
